Saturday was Landon’s first baseball. Unfortunately, since March was the rainiest March on record for Portland, we had only had two practices before his first game, so we were a little nervous about how he would do having hardly played. Luckily, his coach was great, and Landon did well and had a great time! It is coach-pitch, so a little different than t-ball last year, and they can get out on base, but they let each team have all of their line-up bat each inning, so it is a good learning opportunity for them.
Lucky for us, there is a playground right next to the field, so Davis and James didn’t get too bored during the game.
