Here’s a little more of what we did in October:
KINDERGARTEN FIELD TRIP: I went on a field trip with Landon’s Kindergarten class to the apple orchard. It was fun to see him with his school friends, and the apple orchard was a lot of fun!

Landon’s Kindergarten class (he is standing right in front of his teacher)
We went on a tour of the factory where they wash and pack the apples.

Going in the hay ride, sitting by his friend Emma
Landon the little worm, and jumping in the big apple bounce house
UNCLE KELLY: We’ve also been lucky to have Shane’s brother Kelly move up here by us. He has been staying with us the past few weeks until his apartment is ready the end of this month. The boys have loved having someone else around to play with them (and we haven’t minded it either!)
Kelly reading Landon and Davis a story (Davis is wearing Landon’s hat from last year’s bat costume, and a cape my mom made him. He’s been really into dressing up lately!)
CARVING PUMPKINS: For Family Home Evening last week, we carved our pumpkins. Landon had been asking if we could every day since we went to the pumpkin patch, so he was excited it was finally time! I always love carving pumpkins, so I’m glad the boys enjoy doing it too!

HALLOWEEN: And finally, for Halloween, some friends invited us over for some fun activities since Halloween was on a Sunday. We had fun making mummy dogs and donut spiders, reading funny Halloween stories, and doing some Halloween crafts.
