Some More Miscellaneous Pictures

Here are a few other miscellaneous pictures from the last two weeks. I thought I might as well get all the way caught up!

Landon and Davis "helping" me sweep the kitchen floor. Davis is actually a big fan of the broom, and loves to push it all over the kitchen. He just gets frustrated though when he tried to then sweep the carpet.

Davis loves to eat! And of course, Landon was feeling left out and wanted to be in a picture.

We got a new little cheap sandbox on Craigslist, and Davis and especially Landon have hardly done anything but play in it all week! I guess it was worth it!

Davis's favorite past-time - looking at his books after pulling them all of his shelf. Also, my mom came up and watched Landon and Davis while I worked at an FBLA conference. They did lots of fun things together, including "painting" Easter sugar cookies. Landon and Davis are lucky to have two AMAZING grandmas who will do anything for them (and us)!!!

Tulip Festival

This last weekend, we went to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn. I have been every spring, but this was Shane's first time with us. It was a gorgeous day, and luckily we made it there early in the morning and were just leaving as the huge crowds arrived. I think the favorite was racing the ducks again!

Easter - Finally!

You may be able to guess why I haven't posted yet about Easter when you see the pictures below. I think I had a couple hundred pictures to choose from when looking through the pictures Stacey and I took while we were in Ashland. Most of these are with Stacey's nice camera. We had a great time doing an Easter egg hunt, playing tennis, roasting hot dogs in the park, decorating Easter eggs, and sharing this special holiday together.

The Perfect Day (well, almost)

This weekend, the weather was a perfect 72 degrees, so in between General Conference sessions, we decided to go walk along this trail and take a picnic lunch. It was nice to be outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, and Landon and Davis especially enjoyed walking around, picking the dandelions, and looking at bugs. The only bad thing was my allergies, and Shane's, have been horrible since we got back! I guess that's what we get for spending the afternoon outside on this gorgeous spring day!

I couldn't quite seem to get one of them both looking at the camera!

Shane and the Hog

As many of you know, Shane bought a Yamaha Vino about a month ago so we could have two modes of transportation again. After a motorcycle class, helmet, registration, jacket, and gloves, it may be a month or two before we see the gas savings! It's pretty nice to see his $2 gas receipts though! Here he is in his styling new gear.
