On Friday, we got together with our friends to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday. We played some fun rhyming games, did some fish counting activities, made hats, and tried to do some balancing activities. We ended with a Cat in the Hat birthday cake. James asked if it was his birthday cake, and when I told him no, he started to cry the saddest cry, so we told him it was for him too, and my friend Kara even put some candles in for him to blow out. He was so excited!
