I am currently sitting in our car on a very long, multiple-day trek to my brother’s wedding in San Diego, so I thought I would use my Windows Live Writer to catch up on some blog posts and then then post them tonight at our stop-over in San Jose at Jake and Stacey’s place.
The last week in July, the Morris family met up in Brookings, Oregon for our annual camping coast trip. Things were a bit more complicated this year with a three-week-old baby, but James was very good for the trip. My parents had taken Landon and Davis for the week before for their second annual Grandma and Grandpa camp. They had a fun time at Grandma’s, and I enjoyed a nice week adjusting to life with James. Here are some of the highlights of their stay:
They had fun playing in the water and on the slip n’slide (yes, that’s my mom going down in the last pics)
Becky, Nate, Bennett, and Camille arrived a day earlier than everyone else. Landon and Davis had fun playing with Bennett! The last picture of Davis and Landon sleeping. My mom finally had to put a blanket rolled up between them to keep Davis from kicking Landon in the night, but you can see in the picture it didn’t seem to help to much, as Davis is just using that as his pillow.
Becky, Nate, and Camille went to Crater Lake and Natural Bridge for the day, and they took Landon with them. He had a great time!
