Fireman Boots

Tonight, just after reading his bedtime story and as we were telling him it was time for prayers, Landon saw one of his red fireman boots on the floor and wanted to put it on. He found his hat and the other boot, and was very content to show off his fireman boot and hat with his pajamas. It was only once he had them on that he decided that he was ready to pray. After the prayer, he wanted to sit back in the chair and read his new Cars book while wearing his boots and hat, and he insisted on going to sleep with the boots on!
